Educational purpose — not medical advice. Boost Oregon provides educational content about vaccines and healthcare communication. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your provider about medical decisions, including vaccination.
Our content. The materials on this site — including training curricula, videos, booklets, guides, and course content — belong to Boost Oregon or are used with permission. Our free vaccine education videos and materials may be shared and used for non-commercial educational purposes with attribution to Boost Oregon. They may not be modified, sold, or used to imply Boost Oregon's endorsement without written permission. Training and course materials are licensed for participants' use and may not be redistributed, recorded, or used to deliver training to others.
Online course and trainings. Course enrollment grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to access the course. Login credentials may not be shared; organizations needing multiple learners should use seat licensing. Continuing education certificates are issued only on verified completion.
Purchases. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Physical materials are shipped to the address you provide; contact us about damaged or missing orders and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access other users' accounts, scraping content for commercial purposes, or using the site in any unlawful way.
Third-party links and tools. Our site links to third-party services (scheduling, payment, course platform, donation processing). Those services have their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Oregon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
Changes. We may update these terms; continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
